Our mission at Marc J. Kornfield, MD, PC, is to provide coordinated, comprehensive multi-disciplinary rehabilitation to individuals suffering from chronic pain syndrome. We have developed a functional restoration model addressing physical conditioning, body mechanics and ergonomics. The program addresses proper medication use and the psychological, social and vocational barriers to recovery. We have the components that require less intensive treatment to prevent chronic pain and long-term disability.
